ASADEROGRILL
DESDE 2007
Comida sinaloense estilo rancho, tortillas recién hechas y recetas con tradición desde 2007.Sinaloan ranch-style cooking, freshly made tortillas, and recipes with tradition since 2007.
My grandparents were originally from Corral Viejo, Sinaloa. When it was time to name the restaurant, that connection to the ranch inspired me. I liked the way Asadero Los Corrales sounded as a complete name, and that is how the restaurant got its name.
The word Asadero represents the grill, charcoal, and carne asada—an essential part of the original restaurant concept. The restaurant opened its doors on February 18, 2007 in the Coachella Valley.
We started with only part of the menu we have today and grew dish by dish. The idea remained the same: home-style Sinaloan-inspired food, freshly made tortillas, nixtamal, tamales, soups, seafood, and carne asada, while preserving processes that take time and hands-on work.
Over the years, we developed our own style in the Coachella Valley, keeping our roots while adapting the menu to our customers. That story continues today at our Coachella and La Quinta locations.
